A front porch on a busy Toronto street taken back to the frame and rebuilt in cedar, with a horizontal cedar screen wrapped around three sides. The porch was always the best outdoor space on the house. It just needed to stop being a shop window.

A raised entrance deck and its stairs in Whitby taken out and rebuilt from the footings up. The old structure was painted white and had rotted through at the base. The new one is pressure-treated, set on posts on concrete footings, with new stairs and railings.

About 200 linear feet of pressure-treated lattice screen enclosing the sidewalk patio at Cafe ZUZU on Dundas Street East, with a 10 by 12 ft pergola over one end. Designed, built and installed by us, with every post on a base plate because a public sidewalk cannot be dug.
