Rural lots and shared fence costs
On rural Uxbridge properties, fences often mark long boundaries with farms or neighbours. The Township's cost sharing bylaw generally splits the cost of a division fence 50/50.
Decks on sloped or rural lots sometimes need grading or fill. The Township requires a site alteration and fill permit for some of that work, so we flag it in the quote.
